Achieving quality education was found to have slow progress globally. Prioritizing this goal in research and extension endeavors will have a great impact on achieving the overall 2030 Agenda . Enhancement and literacy extension projects that capacitate educators will have a tremendous effect on the economic growth of the nation. Schools whose educators have adequate knowledge and skills will produce graduates who are capable of accelerating progress and development in their workplaces.  The Researchers and Educators' Enhancement and Literacy (REEL) Extension Project of the  Mathematics Department    of the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics has the objective of addressing quality education and decent work and economic growth developmental goals.
