Matter covered in the discussion:

1. The REEL extension project of the Mathematics Department was approved by the UESC and Form 02 shall be utilized for it to be endorsed to the administration. 

2. The specific part of Form 02 was assigned to the committee members to ensure fast submission to UESC to get the special order within the proposed period of implementing the extension project.

3. The main thing to be added to the approved proposal is the Project Implementation Plan for every specific objective of the extension project. The document shall be created and shared using Google Documents.
