MDEC Meeting (February 2025)

Discussion:

1. The submission of a request letter for extension of the duration of the extension project was endorsed to the OP on February 4, 2025 for those who wish to extend the duration of their extension project, but with no additional funding.

2. The committee hopes to extend the project's duration as there is still a culmination part during the last seminar-training in February 2025, as mentioned during the Assessment and Performance Planning 2025. The deloading for extension shall be inquired for clarification in UESC if it can be used for the second semester.

3. The MDEC will propose a research study in connection with the extension project and to secure ethics clearance from OVCRED.

4. The reimbursement documents for the extension project travel were misplaced in one of the offices during the processing in December 2024, and it was reconstructed to proceed with the processing again.

5. The reimbursement for supplies and materials is ongoing after successful inspection of the documents by the personnel-in-charge.
