Program: Bachelor of Science in Mathematics

Strength of the extension and community involvement:

1. The program under survey has a very strong pool of experts to deliver relevant extension services.
2. Funds for the conduct of extension projects and activities are adequate.
3. Extension projects conducted by the program are based on the result of the benchmark survey.

Program: Bachelor of Science in Statistics

Strength of the extension and community involvement:

1. The College has a Research and Extension Office equipped with facilities and managed by qualified and competent faculty members/personnel that oversees the processes involving extension projects.
2. Training Needs Assessment of beneficiaries has been conducted as a basis for extension project proposal conceptualization, planning and implementation of extension activities in the College.
3. The partnership between MSU and partner agencies/LGU in the extension project is sealed by MOA.

Program: Master of Science in Mathematics

Strength of the extension and community involvement:

1. There is an approved extension agenda that reflects the goals of the college and the objectives of the program under survey.
2. The Manual on Extension operations outlines the complete procedure from the objectives to line-item budgeting and implementation.
3. There is strong administrative support to the extension services/programs/activities of the unit.
4. There is a pool of qualified and committed experts for extension activities.
5. A needs assessment survey among the target community has done.
6. Extension activities conducted are based on the needs of the community with MOU.
7. Flyers and pamphlets of College Extension Services are available.
